HI! I’m Cristian,
I’m responsible for the admin procedures that involve a large number of NRDC-ITA Staff.
My section deals with administrative services that are essential to the daily management of the Barracks and the morale and welfare facilities and services dedicated to soldiers.
A “Clerk Finance”, which is my job title, is responsible for payroll management, administration and advice to all ranks on pay and allowances matters, public and non-public funds accounting, unit financial management, cash office procedures and corporate governance compliance.
My office is in charge of:
Understanding professional “pay and allowance” concepts related to the military environment;
Providing accurate advice on pay, personal allowances and unit/personal claims;
Recording transactions and conducting internal checking procedures;
Maintaining unit pay documentation;
Ensuring that any suspected fraud is reported;
Participating in the administration of non Public Money Accounts;
Performing unit resource management;
Operating the cash office;
Preparing financial documentation and bids;
Acting as the Unit's supervisor of all the admin activities/procedures.I took part in missions abroad such as:
In my spare time I practice cycling and I am one of the representatives of NRDC-ITA cycling Sport board.
