This is my life: Antonino

 Hi! I’m Antonino,
I’m an Army driver, a soldier who operates and manages a variety of vehicles in combat support and combat service support roles, by day and by night, on all terrains, carrying different kind of loads including cargo, personnel and, if needed, dangerous material. I have several military driving licenses and courses.
As a Driver in the Army you have the chance to operate some of the most advanced transport machinery and vehicles in the world.
In my spare time I love to practice sports. I did cycling for almost 10 years and now I am a professional runner. I took part in many marathons with very good results and I'm also part of the NRDC-ITA Running club.
At the moment I'm getting ready for the Stramilano race, the annual running event which takes place in Milan just before spring. The cup is dedicated to Captain Riccardo Bucci, an Officer of the Italian Army who died in a car accident in Herat, Afghanistan, in 2011.
Joining this event has become a tradition for the men and women serving in the “Ugo Mara” barracks, a reality which is fully integrated and actively taking part in the “social life” of the surrounding territory.
NRDC-ITA personnel will be present also at the next edition, increasing year by year his enthusiasm
