It is an organization to support the families of the deployed personnel. The aim is to maintain a close contact with the families of NRDC-ITA personnel, support them in any possible issue arising during the deployment period.
Family Support Centre provides every day life support to the families. Some examples:
  • Linguistic assistance: provided for all international  NRDC-ITA personnel and their dependents
  • Tax Office: release of fiscal code card
  • Car pass renewal: Link with PASS OFFICE
  • Personal ID renewal and restitution: Link with PASS OFFICE
  • Tax free procedures: for a better understanding of the buying procedures and supporting their implementation.


School finding, Housing Insurance & bank problems: assistance in contacting Insurance companies & banks in order to stipulate or modify contracts or define other bureaucratic details;
Information Technology: assistance for PC related  issues as software installation, software crash, internet connection, software management, LAN/WAN management, hardware problems;
Telephone and electric companies: assistance in different situations: when stipulation or modifying contract, during landline installation, etc.;
Car repair shop and mechanic: assistance in finding  contractors within the area in order to fix the car  problems;
Medical issues: assistance in finding a physicians  within Varese area and suburb in support of family requests for routine medical examinations;
Kindergarten, Military lodg, Clubs, Mason - plumber/electrician - carpenter: assistance in finding appropriate contractors within the area in order to fix house problems.


During duty time (08,00-16,30) families can directly contact FSC by phone or email, asking for any kind of assistance;
After duty hours (16,30-08,00) FSC can be contacted directly  calling the duty cell phone.
