SOLBIATE OLONA (VA), 19 Feb 08. HQ NRDC-ITA extends another warm welcome to its neighbours today as it hosts a visit by the Consul General and Deputy Consul General of Switzerland.
As part of its programme to reach out to local friends and neighbours, HQ NRDC-ITA today welcomes Mr David Vogelsanger, the Consul General of Switzerland, based in Milan.
Given we are located in Varese Province, which borders Switzerland, it makes sense that we should invite the local Consul General here to look at what we do says Major Graham Cable, HQ NRDC-ITA’s spokesman.
After a brief office call with the Commander, Mr Vogelsanger and his Deputy, Mr Tartini, were introduced to key members of the HQ and those Senior National Representatives present.
The guests were then invited to attend a briefing on NRDC-ITA before being offered refreshments.
This was another opportunity to explain our roles and capabilities to our neighbours continues Major Cable.
It seems Mr Vogelsanger and Mr Tartini departed with a clear idea about these, which we regard as very important.
