Today, at the “Ugo MARA” barracks, Lt. Gen. Riccardo Marchiò received the visit of Maj. Gen. Giovanni FANTUZZI, Commander of the DACCC (Deployable Air Command and Control Centre), situated in Poggio Renatico, North of Italy. The visit Maj. Gen. FANTUZZI payed, proves the effort of building a strong and long-lasting liaison among NRDC-ITA and the NATO Air Command. In particular, the bonds tied with other Components (Air and Maritime) have been crucial in order to make the reality of Solbiate Olona a full certified Joint HQ. In fact, starting from the operational planning, going down to the execution, NRDC-ITA has been proved capable to integrate Air and Maritime components in its planning and procedures, being so certified ready to conduct Small Joint Operation when deployed.
