Italian Land Forces Commander visits NRDC-ITA

Solbiate Olona (VA), 26th September 2016 - Today, at “Ugo MARA” barracks, Lt. Gen. Riccardo Marchiò received the visit of Lt. Gen. Alberto Primicerj, Commander of the Italian Land Forces (COMFOTER).

Lt. Gen. Primicerj signed the traditional Roll of Honour and met men and women of NATO Rapid Deployable Corps Italy and Units based in Ugo Mara barracks. “I’m very proud to see all the excellent results this headquarters achieved in the last two years. - said Lt. Gen Primicerj - It’s an honour to meet men and women from different countries and services that are so close and efficient.”

In his speech, COMFOTER’s Commander recalled all the brilliant successes reached, above all the validation of the HQ as a NATO Joint Task Force, reached last year at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger (Norway).
