Varese, 26th March 2018 - Following the donation of a piece of medical equipment (the IntelliVue TcG10), from NIWIC to the Tincontro non-profit association and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of “Filippo Del Ponte”, today took place the donation of a number of toys as a present for the children of the paediatric wards.

This event organized by the NIWIC, NRDC-ITA Women's International Club (NIWIC) with the support of the Morale & Welfare Activities Office.

This initiative confirms NIWIC concrete commitment to solidarity and strengthens the relationship with local communities of the Olona valley. This is a very special day - declares a member of the club – the NIWIC and the NRDC-ITA just wanted to help in lifting patients moods with an action as simple as giving toys to children. Happiness and joy are in fact well proved to be very effective in providing a positive benefit both to patients and their families.
