NRDC-ITA continues to deliver training to its personnel via an e-lecture on management and leadership in achieving ones communication goals.

Doctor Trevisani discusses the issues of leadership and operational communication in the professional military environment.

Milan, April 21, 2020. The latest e-lecture delivered to NRDC-ITA staff has been delivered by Doctor Daniele Trevisani. Speaking to over 250 staff and selected guests from other NATO and Italian commands via a virtual conferencing tool, the Doctor discussed the potential problems of leadership within operational communication.

A celebrated author of 18 books and more than 100 articles on management and communication, Dr. Trevisani has worked for over 15 years in the field of Operational Communications and has considerable experience with the Italian Armed Forces.

The lecture focused on the parallels between civil and military leadership environment, a topic Dr. Trevisani was ideally suited to speak on. Specialising in delivering training in communication, human potential development and business direction leadership, in his professional career Dr. Trevisani has trained over 1000 UN Blue Helmets and countless senior Officers from 19 different nations.

During these difficult times NRDC-ITA continues to deliver excellent training and professional development to its staff and the wider NATO community, whilst working closely with the Italian civil authorities tasked with dealing with the COVID-19 crisis.
